Google's Gemini 4 Carbon Is #1 and You Can't Use It

Google just launched its smartest AI, and almost nobody can use it. It's called Gemini 4 Carbon, announced on October twenty eighth, barely two weeks after Gemini 4 Argon.

Google built it for cybersecurity and long, multi step engineering work. It scored 88 percent on a benchmark for finding software vulnerabilities, and it took first place on the Artificial Analysis index with a score of 59.

But right now only a small group of cyber defenders get access, through Google's Fairwind program. Wider release comes once the guardrails are tested.
